The Treetop ABA in Georgia is seeking a full-time Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid in-center/remote role.

You will conduct FBAs, develop ABA treatment plans, mentor RBTs, collect data, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality, ethical care while balancing a healthy work-life balance.

We offer a competitive salary ($87,000-$105,000 base), sign-on up to $10K, generous benefits, and a path for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active QBA Certification is required.
• Georgia LBA is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
