Qualified candidates hold an active QBA certificate and GA LBA license, with experience in pediatric autism. The role offers strong clinical leadership, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active QBA Certification required.
• GA licensure as LBA required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, intentional caseload to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and track progress using data-driven decisions.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance.
