Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Savannah, GA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team. This hybrid role blends in-center clinical work with remote planning, documentation, and supervision, supporting a manageable caseload.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality ABA therapy for children with developmental needs. Active BCBA certification and GA LBA are required; come join a compassionate, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• GA LBA license is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
