Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the quality program across mission critical construction projects, including data centers.

The role requires at least 5 years of field QC experience on large, complex MEP-heavy builds and oversight of documentation and contract administration. The successful candidate will direct daily QC tasks, review drawings/submittals, and train team members, ensuring conformance to project specifications and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field quality management experience on large/complex projects.
• Experience in design, construction, and/or commissioning for MEP-heavy projects.
• Experience leading construction documentation and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the quality program for data centers.
• Manage daily QC activities to ensure construction aligns with contract documents.
• Lead and train project team members on quality-related activities.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specs.
• Conduct weekly QC meetings and distribute minutes.
• Capture and share lessons learned with project teams.
