Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Quality Control professional in Atlanta, GA to lead the QA/QC program for data center projects. Responsibilities include implementing three-phase control, overseeing ITPs for CSA and MEP work, and coordinating daily QA/QC activities with Ryan and trade partner teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Familiarity with data center construction best practices.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the project-specific quality management strategy with the Three-Phase Control System (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up).
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations prior to commissioning.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities for the Ryan and Trade Partner Quality Teams.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and participate in weekly QC meetings with trade partners and client reps.
