Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC professional in Tucson to lead construction quality control activities for a data center project. You will implement the three-phase control system, oversee inspection plans, and coordinate field inspections with trade partners and client teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of QC experience, with OSHA 30/NFPA 70E certifications. Procore, AutoDesk, and other tools are used daily on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Familiarity with data center construction best practices.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the project-specific quality management strategy by implementing the three phases of control (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up).
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations, prior to commissioning.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities for the Ryan and Trade Partner Quality Teams.
• Communicate quality management status and risks to the project team, project leadership, and client teams.
• Assist with training project team members on the QA/QC Program, including Procore or other required software.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications.
• Set quality management expectations with trade partners, including inspections, testing, and documentation.
