DLA Piper is seeking a Disputes Pursuits & Directories Manager to lead compliant, on‑time RFP responses and pitch materials across Litigation, Regulatory & Government Affairs, IP & Technology, and Labor & Employment. The role partners with attorneys and BD/Marketing to craft compelling content and maintain a robust experience library.

This hybrid position sits across multiple offices with a focus on delivering client‑centric proposals and governing BD processes to strengthen the firm’s win rate.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multi‑practice, multijurisdictional RFP responses.
• Strong writing and editing skills for proposals and pitch materials.
• Experience directing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organization and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Owns the end‑to‑end RFP responses and pitch content for the firm.
• Develops and maintains standard BD content and an experience library.
• Collaborates with attorneys and BD/Marketing to create compelling materials.
• Coaches lawyers on presentations and ensures on‑time submissions.
• Manages project plans, timelines and cross‑functional coordination.
• Utilizes AI tools to improve proposal content and efficiency.
