Job summary

DLA Piper LLP seeks a Disputes Pursuits & Directories Manager to lead compliant, on-time RFP responses and client-centric pitches across Litigation and related practice areas. You’ll manage content, an experience library, and directory submissions while coordinating with attorneys, pricing, and BD teams to win new work.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline.
• Proven track record directing multi-project RFP responses in a professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, PowerPoint proficiency, and client-centric storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage pitch and proposal lifecycle from opportunity assessment to final submission.
• Coordinate with attorneys, BD, pricing and marketing teams to tailor responses.
• Develop and maintain standard BD content and an experience library.
• Coach lawyers on presentations and ensure compliance with client requirements.
