Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Disputes Pursuits & Directories Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of compliant RFP responses and pitch materials. The role spans Litigation, Regulatory, IP, and Labor & Employment, partnering with attorneys and BD to craft client‑centric content that positions the firm to win.

You will manage standard materials, maintain an experience library, and guide junior staff, while working with Marketing to deliver compelling proposals on a hybrid schedule across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline.
• 8 years of relevant experience directing RFP responses in a professional services environment.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration with attorneys and BD/Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager across the pitch/proposal lifecycle, including opportunity assessments and drafting content.
• Coordinate with pricing, BD and colleagues; ensure compliant, on‑time submissions.
• Develop and maintain standard BD content and a robust experience library.
• Coach lawyers on presentations and virtual/in‑person client interactions.
• Draft, edit, and format proposal documents to meet client requirements.
• Curate targeted experience lists and support Chambers/Legal500 submissions.
