Job summary

DLA Piper seeks a Disputes Pursuits & Directories Manager to lead compliant, on‑time formal RFP responses and pitch materials across Litigation, Regulatory & Government Affairs, Intellectual Property & Technology, and Labor & Employment. You will collaborate with attorneys and BD colleagues to position the firm for new work and maintain a robust experience library.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline.
• 8 years’ relevant experience directing RFP responses in a professional services environment.
• Ability to lead pursuit teams and deliver compliant, high-quality proposals on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Project management throughout the pitch and proposal lifecycle.
• Coordinate with client pricing, BD and other colleagues to tailor responses.
• Develop and maintain standard BD content and an experience library.
• Coach lawyers on in-person/virtual presentations for BD opportunities.
• Draft, edit, format and review proposal documents to meet requirements.
• Manage Chambers and Legal500 directory submissions end‑to‑end.
