Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Disputes Pursuits & Directories Manager on the Business Development Pursuit team. The role focuses on creating compliant, on‑time RFP responses and pitches, maintaining BD content, and managing directory submissions.

You will collaborate with attorneys and colleagues across practice groups to win new business. Required 8+ years of experience directing RFP processes in professional services, plus strong PowerPoint and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multi‑practice, multijurisdictional, complex RFP responses.
• Ability to build pitch documents from the ground up in a client‑centric manner.
• Strong written and editorial skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager through the pitch and proposal lifecycle, including opportunity assessments, planning, and content gathering.
• Coordinate with pricing, BD and marketing colleagues to tailor responses.
• Maintain and update standard BD materials and the experience library.
