Qualifications

• Proven track record directing multi‑practice, multijurisdictional RFP responses to win new business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a client‑centric approach.
• Strong project management, deadline discipline, and ability to manage multiple proposals.
• Experience coaching lawyers on presentations and proposal best practices.

Responsibilities

• Acts as project manager throughout the pitch and proposal response lifecycle, ensuring on‑time, compliant submissions.
• Facilitates conversations with attorneys to identify differentiators and win themes.
• Maintains standard BD content and a robust experience library for reuse.
• Collaborates with BD, Marketing, pricing, and others to craft compelling proposals.
