Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Disputes Pursuits & Directories Manager to lead the creation of compliant, on-time RFP responses and pitches, and to maintain a robust experience library. You will harmonize input from attorneys, pricing, BD and marketing to produce compelling materials that win work across Litigation, Regulatory & Government Affairs, IP & Tech, and Labor & Employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience directing the project management and development of RFP responses in a professional services environment.
• Strong proposal development and client-centric storytelling.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Superior project management with deadlines.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as project manager throughout the pitch and proposal response lifecycle, coordinating with pricing, BD and marketing teams and ensuring on-time submissions.
• Develops best-in-class, client-centric, compliant RFP responses and pitches.
• Maintains standard BD content and a robust experience library; updates materials post-pitches.
• Leads and mentors junior team members and collaborates with attorneys to craft compelling proposals.
• Coaches lawyers on in-person/virtual presentations and enhances proposal deliverables.
