Qualifications

• 8+ years' relevant experience directing RFP responses in a professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑practice, multi‑jurisdictional pursuits with compliant, on‑time proposals.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills; strong PowerPoint abilities.
• Superior communication, organization, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager throughout the pitch and proposal lifecycle including opportunity assessments, tracking, and kick‑off calls.
• Facilitate conversations with attorney teams to differentiate DLA Piper with clear value propositions and win themes.
• Ensure follow‑up on opportunities to ascertain win/loss status.
• Supervise junior members and coach lawyers on presentations and content creation.
• Own maintenance of standard materials and updated pitches post‑pitches.
• Draft, edit, format, and review proposal documents for final submission.
• Manage directory submissions (Chambers and Legal500) end‑to‑end.
• Identify BD opportunities and pipeline trends for growth.
