Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Disputes Pursuits & Directories Manager to lead compliant, on-time RFP responses and pitch materials. You will coordinate across Litigation, Regulatory, IP & Technology, and Labor & Employment to craft client-centric proposals that win work, while maintaining content libraries and coordination with attorneys and BD teams.

You will supervise junior staff, coach attorneys on presentations, and leverage AI to improve processes and content creation.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience directing RFP responses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong PowerPoint and writing/editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage pitch/proposal lifecycle from kickoff to submission.
• Develop client-centric, compliant RFP and pitch content.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with BD/Marketing on presentations.
• Maintain experience library and standard materials.
