Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Pump Solutions) in California to generate profitable sales from our Pump & Power fleet and to serve the Civil market segment with short- and long-term rental needs.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial mindset, sales development, and the ability to present to management while working with a strong, nationwide team and robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• B2B direct sales AND/OR project management experience within equipment industry required
• Pumps equipment background highly desirable
• Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills a must.
• Ability to effectively give presentations and business reviews to management.

Responsibilities

• Generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment.
• Cater to the Civil market segment geared towards customers who rent Pumps for short or long-term projects.
