Outside Sales Representative (Pump Solutions)

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment. This position focuses on the Civil market segment, serving customers who rent Pumps for short- or long-term projects to move fluid.

Responsibilities

• Generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet.
• Develop relationships with civil market customers.
• Present and conduct business reviews to management.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and customer retention goals.
• Work both indoors and outdoors, as required.

Qualifications

• B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry.
• Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
• Background with pump equipment highly desirable.
• Ability to give effective presentations.

Physical Demands

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required.

Compensation

Base pay range: $40,000.00 – $67,761.00. Total compensation may include base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
