Job summary

NEXHR in Wisconsin seeks an experienced account leader to drive growth in the Pulp & Paper and Industrial Water treatment sectors. You will manage existing accounts, identify opportunities, and coordinate with planning, lab, R&D, and supply chain to meet financial objectives.

Travel up to 40% within the state is required; a technical degree and strong knowledge of water treatment processes are essential to develop solutions and win new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years water treatment experience, preferably in paper mills.
• Strong understanding of industrial water/wastewater processes and applications.
• Proven track record selling or supporting specialty chemical solutions in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key decision makers.
• Collaborate with service, planning, and R&D teams to align goals.
• Lead business reviews and report on forecasts and opportunities.
• Ensure uptime and reliability of customer equipment through proactive support.
