Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to oversee a large paper account in Minnesota. The role targets a technical sales professional who builds strong customer relationships and delivers value-added solutions to drive growth in industrial water treatment.

You will maintain relationships with stakeholders, perform on-site testing, and analyze program data to continuously improve results. Relocation assistance and a company vehicle are available, with on-call weekend rotation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related technical field.
• Equivalent experience may be considered for the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with sales management and stakeholders.
• Complete weekly reporting and manage inventory for visibility and accountability.
• Perform on-site testing to verify safety and effectiveness of treatment programs.
• Proactively address customer issues and collaborate with sales and customer teams for corrective actions.
• Analyze data to evaluate program performance and guide improvements.
• Lead and implement ongoing process improvements with plant/process owners.
