Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to oversee a large paper account in Minnesota. Based near International Falls, MN, you will build strong customer relationships and deliver value-added solutions in industrial water treatment.

You will manage on-site testing, collaborate across teams, and lead process improvements in a manufacturing setting, while leveraging a strong technical background and sales success in the paper industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or technical discipline.
• Equivalent experience may be considered, including 10+ years of relevant manufacturing or equipment experience.
• Sales experience in the paper industry is highly desirable.
• Strong customer relationships and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with sales management and stakeholders.
• Complete weekly reporting and manage inventory for visibility and accountability.
• Perform on-site testing to verify safety and effectiveness of treatment programs.
• Address customer issues and collaborate with sales and customer teams to implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data to evaluate program performance and drive improvements.
• Lead and implement process improvements with plant/process owners.
