NEXHR is seeking an experienced sales and account management professional to drive profitable growth within pulp/paper and water treatment accounts in the United States. The role focuses on retaining key customers, expanding strategic relationships, and identifying new applications while aligning with commercial and operational objectives.
The candidate will manage forecasts, maintain pipeline health, and lead regional business reviews, partnering with planning, lab, R&D, and supply chain to
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college; experience in pulp, paper or water treatment preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in sales or application of chemical products in industry.
- Experience in pulp, paper, and water treatment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of industrial processes relevant to the segment.
- Specific training in pulp/paper science or packaging desired.

- Drive year-over-year revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
- Handle orders and communicate with customers or distributors.
- Identify and commercialize new applications within existing and new customers.
- Maintain retention and strengthen relationships for long-term growth.
- Report sales forecasts using planning tools and manage opportunities in CRM.
- Monitor pipeline health and track opportunities and stage progress.
- Lead business reviews with customers to assess value and alignment.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure high service standards.
