Job summary

Solenis is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to oversee a large paper account in Minnesota. Based near International Falls, MN, you will build strong customer relationships, deliver value-added solutions, and drive business growth in industrial water treatment.

You will coordinate with sales management, perform onsite testing, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while managing inventory and reporting. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or technical discipline.
• 10+ years of manufacturing or equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with sales management and stakeholders.
• Complete weekly reporting and manage inventory visibility.
• Perform onsite testing to verify treatment program safety and effectiveness.
• Address customer issues with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data to evaluate program performance and drive improvements.
• Partner with plant/process owners to lead process enhancements in manufacturing.
