Sanofi is seeking a Regional Business Director for Pulmonary in the Southeast, with US Remote location coverage. You will lead an 8–12-person sales team focused on promoting Dupixent for Asthma to Pulmonologists, executing the national sales strategy, and aligning with launch plans.

You will spend significant time in the field coaching and developing representatives, driving performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• 3–5 years of Field Sales Management experience or equivalent leadership experience, with documented sales achievements (preferred).
• Strong leadership, team development, and strategic execution skills.

Responsabilités

• Coach, train, develop, and lead an accomplished team of Specialty Sales Representatives (Area Business Managers).
• Oversee all aspects of sales, managed markets pull through, speaker development, promotional programming, and budget for the region.
• Develop regional business plans based on national goals and available resources; allocate regional resources.
