Job summary

The AM role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and field presence to drive performance while aligning with Sanofi’s patient-focused mission and business objectives. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience.
• 3–5 years in field sales leadership or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and beyond as needed.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and thought leaders.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and lead an 8–12 person specialty sales team.
• Develop regional business plans aligned with national goals.
• Promote Dupixent for Asthma to pulmonologists and key customers.
• Drive performance and budget management for the region.
• Collaborate with marketing, payer, and medical teams to execute launches.
