You will drive the national sales strategy, develop regional plans, coach field teams, and collaborate with brand marketing, medical affairs, and payer teams to execute the launch plan and achieve regional targets.

Expect ~60% travel and strong leadership in a fast‑moving biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required.
• Minimum 8+ years sales experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Must reside within the geographic territory and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, develop, and lead an accomplished team of Specialty Sales Representatives (Area Business Managers).
• Oversee all aspects of sales, managed markets pull through, local speaker development, promotional programming, and budget management for your region.
• Develop regional business plans based on national goals and resources; allocate regional resources accordingly.
• Be an expert in clinical data affecting product promotion, disease state, and market trends.
• Spend the majority of time in the field with reps to coach and develop talent.
