Zusammenfassung

Sanofi in the United States is seeking a Regional Business Director, Pulmonary - Southeast to lead an 8–12 person Specialty Sales team promoting Dupixent for Asthma to Pulmonologists. This field-based role combines strategic planning with hands-on coaching and field leadership.

You will execute the national sales strategy, collaborate across medical affairs, marketing and payer teams, and travel roughly 60% to drive performance while delivering patient-focused outcomes in a fast-moving specialty

Qualifikationen

Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
Willingness to travel to meetings/training as needed.
Valid driver's license and residence within territory.

Aufgaben

Coach, train, develop, and lead an accomplished team of Specialty Sales Representatives.
Oversee all aspects of sales, managed markets pull-through, local speaker development, programming, and budget for your region.
Develop regional business plans based on national goals and available resources.
Be an expert in clinical data affecting product promotion and market trends.
Spend majority of time in the field supporting development and coaching.
Establish positive relationships with key customer segments and collaborate across departments.
