Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking a Regional Business Director (RBD) for the Pulmonary franchise in the Southeast. You will lead an 8 to 12-person sales team promoting Dupixent for Asthma to Pulmonologists, with extensive field time and regional strategy development.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and execution of national plans, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 60%. You will report to the Zone Business Director and drive performance in a highly competitive

Qualifications

BA/BS Degree Required.
Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in pharma/healthcare.
Ability to travel to meetings/trainings as necessary.
Have a valid driver's license.
Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Coach, train, develop, and lead an 8–12 person Specialty Sales team.
Oversee sales, managed markets pull-through, speaker development, and budget for the region.
Develop regional business plans aligned to national goals and resources.
Be expert in clinical data affecting product promotion and market trends.
Spend majority of time in the field supporting development and coaching.
Build positive relationships with key customer segments and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Regeneron co-promote partner and other departments to meet sales objectives.
