Qualifications

8+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
Ability to travel to meetings/trainings as necessary.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Coach, train, develop, and lead an accomplished team of Specialty Sales Representatives.
Oversee all aspects of sales, managed markets pull-through, local speaker development, promotional programming, and budget for the region.
Develop regional business plans based on national goals and resources, including territory strategies and resource allocation.
Be an expert in clinical data affecting product promotion, disease state, and market trends.
Spend the majority of time in the field to coach and develop reps.
