Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required.
• Minimum 8+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and have a valid driver6#39;s license.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and lead an 8–12 person Specialty Sales Representatives team.
• Oversee sales, managed markets pull-through, speaker development, promotional programs, and budget for your region.
• Develop regional business plans aligned with national goals and available resources.
• Be an expert in clinical data influencing product promotion and market trends.
• Spend substantial time in the field supporting development and providing coaching.
