Responsibilities

• Coach and lead an 8–12 person Specialty Sales Representatives team.
• Oversee regional sales, managed markets pull-through, speaker development, promotional programs, and budget management.
• Develop regional plans aligned to national goals and resource allocation.
• Be the clinical data expert affecting product promotion and market trends.
• Spend most time in the field to coach and develop reps and provide feedback.
• Establish strong relationships with key customer segments and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Partner with Regeneron co-promote partner and travel ~60%.
