Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Regional Business Director for the Pulmonary – Southeast region. This field-based leadership role will guide an 8 to 12-person sales team focused on promoting Dupixent for Asthma to Pulmonologists.

You will drive regional strategy, coach field teams, manage budget and promotional programs, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align with the national launch plan and patient-centered objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required.
• Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Ability to travel to meetings/training/programs as necessary.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, develop, and lead an accomplished team of Specialty Sales Representatives.
• Oversight of all aspects of sales, managed markets pull through, local speaker development, promotional programming, and budget for your region.
• Develop regional business plans based on national goals and available resources.
• Be an expert in clinical data affecting product promotion and market trends.
• Spend the majority of time in the field to support development and coaching.
• Establish positive relationships with key customer segments.
