Job summary

You will develop regional plans, lead in-field coaching, and collaborate across departments to drive launches and market access in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 8+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
• Must reside within the geographic territory.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, develop, and lead an accomplished team of Specialty Sales Representatives.
• Oversee sales, managed markets pull-through, speaker development, promotional programs, and budget for your region.
• Develop regional business plans aligned with national goals and resource allocation.
• Be an expert in clinical data affecting promotion, disease state, and market trends.
• Spend majority of time in the field supporting development and coaching.
• Establish positive relationships with key customer segments.
• Collaborate with RBDs, brand marketing, payer marketing, and other departments to meet sales objectives.
• Partner with Regeneron co-promote partner.
• Travel approximately 60%.
