Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Pubs Ops Associate to support the Global Scientific Publications (GSP) Team with publication routing for IIS, LP, and PAA projects. This role also handles AMA creation and tracking, debarment checks, and maintains congress calendars.

You will coordinate with GSP Leads, medical writers, and agency partners to ensure timely approvals and accurate documentation in Datavision, while providing strong contract and document management support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in health-related, business and/or finance field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of data entry, clerical, document specialist, or reconciliation experience.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Route IIS, licensing partner, and PAA publications for approval.
• Create, track, and document Author Master Agreements; monitor expirations.
• Process author debarment checks and manage congress calendar.
• Create Datavision records for agency partners; manage inbox and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate QR codes for congress posters; distribute to medical writers.
• Access and distribute contracts and study documents on request.
