Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Pubs Ops Associate to provide operational support to the Global Scientific Publications team. You will route IIS, LP and PAA publications, manage Author Master Agreements, and handle author debarments and congress calendar maintenance.

Responsibilities include creating Datavision records, triaging Datavision issues, and distributing contracts. Strong data-entry and communication skills with Microsoft Office and SharePoint are required; high school diploma with 2+ years of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in health-related, business and/or finance preferred.
• At least 2 years of data entry, clerical, document specialist, or reconciliation experience.
• Demonstrated project management, effective communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Detail oriented with an understanding of quality/compliance environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint / database, and electronic file storage.

Responsibilities

• Intakes IIS and PAA publications with study management and routes submissions for approval through Datavision.
• Intakes publications from licensing partners and routes submissions for approval through Datavision.
• Coordinates Author Master Agreements with external authors and tracks status and expirations.
• Creates Datavision records for agency partners to support publication workflow tracking.
• Monitors Datavision support inbox, triages issues, escalates to software support as needed.
• Intakes requests to create QR codes for congress poster presentations and shares with writers and agency teams.
• Accesses and distributes contracts and study documents upon request.
