Job summary

The candidate should have at least 2 years in data entry or clerical roles, be detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Datavision. This on-site role in South San Francisco offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in health-related, business and/or finance field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in data entry, clerical, document specialist, or reconciliation role.
• Project management, strong communication, and relationship management skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail in a quality/compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Intake IIS and PAA publications with study management and route submissions for approval in Datavision.
• Intake publications from licensing partners and route submissions for approval in Datavision.
• Coordinate Author Master Agreements with external authors and track expirations.
• Create Datavision records for agency partners.
• Monitor Datavision inbox, triage issues, and escalate as needed.
• Intake requests to create QR codes for congress posters and share with writers.
• Access and distribute contracts and study documents on request.
