Required BA/BS and 2+ years in data entry or related roles; 4+ years in publications management, medical writing or compliance preferred. Cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent; science/healthcare/business/project management preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in data entry, clerical, document specialist or reconciliation roles.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience preferred; publications management, medical writing, compliance beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for GSP activities including budgeting, contract management and billing.
• Train and manage vendors, ensure policy adherence and timely invoicing.
• Perform budget reconciliation and KPI/metrics reporting across GSP.
• Create and maintain calendars, QR codes for posters, and support printing/shipping processes.
• Coordinate with Corp Accounts Payable, Finance, Outsourcing, and project managers as needed.
