Job summary

Samsara is hiring for a Senior Public Sector Customer Success role. You will own enterprise customer relationships across state, city, and education sectors, ensuring successful deployments and sustained product adoption of the Connected Operations Cloud.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users.
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when addressing customer issues.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• Experience serving and supporting large-scale Public Sector solutions.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers and ensure quick time to value.
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and end users.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as a mentor to the Customer Success and Support teams.
• Deeply understand Samsara’s platform and explain capabilities to customers of all types.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles across global offices.
