Verizon is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Inside Sales to grow existing government accounts across a national footprint. You’ll manage relationships primarily by phone and in field locations, presenting wireless, mobility, cloud and security solutions to drive revenue and customer loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in government sales, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and the ability to articulate business needs to technical teams.

• Account Management skills - actively managing a portfolio of assigned government accounts.
• Customer Relationship Building Skills - establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers (C-suite).
• Negotiation Skills - negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals and meet targets.

• Reporting and Analysis Skills - track pipeline, activity, and KPIs using CRM tools.
• Lead Generation Experience - prospect for new opportunities within existing accounts.
