Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a Strategic Sales Director, Public Sector, to drive growth across federal, state, local, and educational markets. The role focuses on developing strategic client relationships, pursuing revenue opportunities, and leading complex sales pursuits with travel up to 50%.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in public-sector procurement, RFPs, and executive-level relationship building, and will partner with leadership to grow revenue and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred) and licenses as needed.
• Ten (10) years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
• Experience leading large-scale client pursuits and negotiating complex service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes national sales strategies for the Real Estate Business Unit.
• Translates objectives into actionable market growth plans and client development strategies.
• Builds and maintains relationships with national accounts, industry influencers, property owners, developers, asset managers and other stakeholders.
• Expand executive-level relationships to identify opportunities and increase market share.
• Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities within target client segments and emerging markets.
• Develop account growth strategies for key national clients and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Analyze market conditions, competitive activity and client trends to recommend growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations to align service capabilities with client needs and support new service introductions.
• Maintain a strategic sales pipeline and provide revenue forecasts and market insights to leadership.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract discussions for strategic opportunities.
