Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
• Experience leading large-scale client pursuits and negotiating complex service agreements.
• Experience within the assigned business unit industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes national sales strategies to support growth objectives for the Real Estate Business Unit.
• Translates objectives into actionable market growth plans, sales initiatives, and client development strategies.
• Builds and maintains relationships with national accounts, industry influencers, property owners, developers, asset managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Expand executive-level relationships to identify opportunities, strengthen client retention, and increase market share.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue strategic growth opportunities within target client segments and emerging markets.
• Develop account growth strategies for key national clients and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Analyze market conditions, client trends, and competitive activity to guide growth initiatives.
• Lead client presentations, proposal strategies, and contract discussions for strategic pursuits.
• Represent EFI Global through thought leadership and industry engagement.
