EFI Global, a leading engineering and consulting firm, seeks a Strategic Sales Director for the Public Sector in the United States. You will drive growth across federal, state, local, and educational markets, develop strategic client relationships, and lead complex pursuits with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities include crafting market growth plans, expanding national accounts, and coordinating cross-functional resources to support business development and revenue objectives.

Qualificações

• Ten years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale client pursuits and complex service agreements.
• Experience within the assigned market segment is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses as needed.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops national sales strategies to support growth for the Real Estate Business Unit.
• Translates objectives into actionable market growth plans and client strategies.
• Builds and maintains relationships with national accounts, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
• Expands executive-level relationships to identify opportunities and increase market share.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract discussions for strategic opportunities.
• Represent EFI Global at industry associations, conferences, and networking events.
