Samsara Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for the Public Sector. You will work with cities, states, schools, and universities to maximize safety, efficiency, and sustainability through Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud.

You’ll partner across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to drive long-term value, run executive reviews, and mentor teams in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably with enterprise SaaS.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Proven track record of building trust with executives, product, and engineering leadership.
• Demonstrated problem solving and proactive initiative.
• Diplomacy and poise under pressure in customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

• Be the front-line partner to our Public Sector customers, driving safety, efficiency, and sustainability with Samsara’s IoT platform.
• Outline objectives, metrics, and timelines with customers and remove barriers to value.
• Lead executive business reviews with customer decision makers and Samsara leadership.

• Mentor broader Customer Success and Support teams.
