Job summary

Samsara in the United States is hiring Enterprise Customer Success Managers to partner with top customers, understand fleets, and tailor Samsara's IoT platform to their needs. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Proven track record of building trust with executives and engineering leadership.
• Diplomacy and poise under pressure when handling customer issues.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform.
• Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, timelines, and removing barriers to value.
• Orchestrate executive business reviews with customers' decision makers and Samsara leadership.
• Conduct workshops with customers to understand operations and recommend workflow changes.
• Deeply understand the Samsara platform’s capabilities and explain them to diverse industries.
• Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
