Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for the Public Sector, a remote role open to US residents outside select metro areas. You will work with cities, states, and universities to increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability using our IoT platform.

You will craft joint success plans, run executive reviews, and drive cross-functional engagement across Sales, Support, and Product. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in senior CS or related roles, experience with enterprise SaaS,

Qualifications

3+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
High emotional intelligence and strong priority management.
Experience with technical products is a plus.
Proven ability to build trust with executives, product and engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

On the front-lines to increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability for customers' operations with Samsara IoT platform.
Create joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines.
Lead executive business reviews with customer decision-makers and Samsara leadership.
Conduct workshops to understand current operations and recommend workflow changes.
