Samsara, a leading Connected Operations Cloud company, seeks an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to partner with top customers, ensuring their fleets realize safety, efficiency, and sustainability gains through Samsara IoT solutions.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product, own joint success plans, and drive long-term value while growing into a strategic advisor in a fast-growing public company.

Formación

• 5+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and complex deployments.
• Proven track record of building trust with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with Samsara's IoT platform.
• Co-create joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives and timelines, removing barriers.
• Conduct executive business reviews with customers and leadership to align on goals.
• Lead workshops to understand operations and recommend workflow changes to maximize value.
• Deeply understand the Samsara platform and explain capabilities to diverse businesses.
• Mentor wider Customer Success and Support teams and promote Samsara’s cultural principles.
