Qualifications

• 3+ years in senior CS, account mgmt, or strategic consulting, preferably with Enterprise SaaS.
• High priority management and strong emotional intelligence.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving.
• Proven ability to build trust with executives and day-to-day users.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• On the front-lines, help customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with Samsara IoT.
• Draft joint success plans outlining objectives, metrics, timelines, and removing barriers.
• Lead executive business reviews with customers and Samsara leadership.
• Conduct workshops to understand operations and recommend workflow changes.
• Explain Samsara platform capabilities to diverse businesses.
• Mentor Customer Success and Support teams.
• Model Samsara’s cultural principles at scale.
