Databricks is seeking a Director of Delivery Solution Architects, Public Sector, to lead a high-impact post-sales team focused on government outcomes from the Data Intelligence Platform. You will guide architecture decisions, planning, and scalable operating models across federal and state programs, while partnering with Sales and Field Engineering to deliver measurable value.
You will recruit and coach DSAs, drive adoption and platform usage, and align resources to strategic priorities,
Competenze
- 7+ years of customer-facing delivery or leadership roles in technical settings.
- 5+ years leading managers and scaling multi-level teams.
- Experience building post-sales, delivery, or professional-services orgs.
- Deep expertise in cloud data platforms, AI, data governance, ML.
- Proven track record delivering production-grade data/AI workloads.
Mansioni
- Build, recruit, coach, and scale a diverse DSA team and managers.
- Define post-sales execution strategy for Databricks Public Sector.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and CS to align plans.
- Establish scalable account coverage, capacity planning, and governance.
- Standardize guidance from discovery through production go-live and expansion.
- Lead organization with deep expertise across data, AI, and governance.
