Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing experience in technical delivery, architecture, consulting, customer success, or post-sales leadership roles.
• 5+ years of people-leadership experience, including managing managers and scaling multi-level teams.
• Experience building and leading post-sales, delivery, or professional services organizations.
• Deep expertise in cloud data and AI technologies (data engineering, data warehousing, analytics, ML).

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a diverse, high-performing DSA organization.
• Define and operationalize post-sales execution strategy for Public Sector.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, Customer Success, and partners to align plans and investments.
• Standardize DSAs’ guidance from use-case discovery to production go-live and expansion.
• Serve as a trusted executive technical advisor for select strategic customers.
