Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering technical projects in Data and AI.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles is required.
• Able to articulate business value and outcomes of technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand demand plans for prioritized customers.
• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
• Serve as the technical lead across multiple teams to drive onboarding, enablement and production use of Databricks workloads.
• Be the primary escalation point for production/go-live issues and customer questions.
