Job summary

Databricks is seeking a DSA Manager to lead the Delivery Solution Architects for Public Sector customers. You will guide post-sales technical strategy, hire and coach a team, and collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services to accelerate production deployments.

You will shape the regional execution plan, sponsor key customer engagements, and drive growth through optimized architectures and best practices across data analytics, data engineering, and ML use cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Proven delivery experience in SaaS technologies (Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, ML/AI).
• Experience building and leading post-sales technical teams with hiring and onboarding experience.
• Ability to influence executives and align technical strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Delivery Solution Architects team for the Public Sector.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and partners to drive production use cases.
• Provide technical sponsorship and thought leadership to select customers.
• Develop assets to improve delivery architecture practice and consistency.
• Maintain a robust hiring pipeline and oversee cross-functional collaboration.
